Fantastic! They always go above and beyond what I pay/ask for. I've been bringing in the same old pair of boots for three years now, once a year to get the heels repaired, and I bought the boots at goodwill, but they always make them look brand new, its magical.

Judy did a great job Renewing an old pair of slippers that need lots of work.  She even fashioned a new piece of leather  where it had worn through.  Very creative job, I will definitely be coming back! 

Peter and his crew are super fast, did a beautiful job repairing a beloved 10-year old pair of boots that had been botched by another repair guy, and when I dropped by Peter added a few holes to some ankle straps free of charge.

Model Shoe Renew has done everything I've asked them to do with my shoes and boots.  Everything has come back done well, and I think the prices are reasonable.  Customer service is friendly and patient and they laugh at my jokes.

My $450 boots were damaged and I found Model Shoe Renew in Berkeley! I read their great reviews and wanted to give them a try. They did an excellent job and will definitely come back again. The staff are friendly and are always helpful.

Took in a pair of SAS walking shoes: soles very worn down, badly scuffed. Got back shoes that look just like new. Can still hardly believe it. Much, much better results than I had expected. It is, in fact, hard to tell that they are not new.
