Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from the total. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Refrain from returning products to the manufacturer directly.
Customers with orders shipped outside the United States are responsible for verifying local fees, regulations, and policies regarding exchanges, returns, and shipping, including compliance with applicable customs duties and taxes.
EU Policy Disclaimer: For customers who have ordered items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without providing justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, accompanied by the original proof of purchase. This policy is effective as of now but may be subject to change.

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the gift giver.
For in-store purchases, we do not offer refunds. However, customers may exchange their purchase or receive store credit within 7 days of purchase. To qualify, the item must be in its original, unused condition, and the customer must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
For repair services, we provide a 40-day satisfaction guarantee that encompasses wear and tear. Regardless of whether you utilized our drop-in or remote repair service, please contact us within 40 days of your last repair pickup or shipping delivery at sales@modelshoesberkeley.com to address any issues with your repair.
